From 6 guests. Smaller groups aren't possible because the fixed costs per person become too high to make it worthwhile. Maximum group size depends on the Edit and accommodation, usually up to 14-16 guests.

The earlier the better, especially for weekends between May and September. For those months, I recommend 3 to 6 months ahead. Outside peak season, 6 to 8 weeks is usually enough.

I'm not a travel agency, I'm a weekend curator. That means you book and pay your activity providers directly, while I handle the curation, planning, and coordination. The structure keeps pricing transparent and gives you direct contact with whoever provides the service.

It depends on when the change happens and what's already been booked. Activity providers and accommodations have their own cancellation policies, which I'm transparent about upfront. The earlier you let me know, the more we can adjust. Let's talk it through if it comes up.

The starting price covers the activities of the Edit you choose, my planning fee, and the on-the-ground coordination. Not included: accommodation, flights, meals (I do book the restaurants for you), and any add-ons.

Yes. The three Edits are starting points. You can swap activities through the add-ons, or we build a fully custom weekend together. Either way, it's tailored to your group.

It rarely happens because I work with a small network of trusted partners. If it does happen, I take the lead in finding an alternative. Refunds are handled directly between you and the partner according to their cancellation terms, but I make sure you're not left without options.

No. Every price is broken down in your proposal: the activities, the partners, my planning fee. You see exactly what you pay, and to whom. The only thing you'll handle separately is the accommodation, which you book and pay directly.
